Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our global cybersecurity efforts as the Head of Global Cybersecurity. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance across all regions
  • Lead the Cybersecurity function globally, overseeing two distinct areas: Cybersecurity policies & strategy and Cybersecurity architecture
  • Formulate a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, managing security policies, standards, and practices with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives
  • Responsible for managing the operation of global-level cybersecurity services, including Managed Security Services, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)
  • Act as a close business partner to the Chief Information Officer and Global Head, Digital Transformation Unit, on cybersecurity-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in information security, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity areas such as security architecture, incident response, risk management, and policy development
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, including cloud security, network security, encryption, IAM, and emerging tech, along with proficiency in security analytics and AI
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
