**Purpose Statement**

Identify and drive the Process & Programs strategy through Cloud platforms, combining tools & processes optimization to improve performance.

The role is responsible to support the data-driven sales effectiveness strategy to prompt internal execution and mindset shift around key sales processes & marketing insights

**Location**: Any Boston Scientific EMEA Hub Office (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK)

**Cloud Management**:

- Work collaboratively with the Divisional ComEx and Marketing Leads and IT Team to continuously improve the CRM system to optimize customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs
- Incorporate feature requests or new tools into product roadmap based on leadership / end user business needs to optimize Sales processes
- Supports the business and country champion team in their ongoing CRM skill development.
- Maintains an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process
- Acts as backup for Lead Super Users of other businesses.
- Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.
- Leads and supports key aspects of CRM system implementation (EMEA Key Priorities etc )

**Project and Change Management**:

- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.

**Sales Analysis, Commercial Productivity**:

- Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track and report key metrics to drive performance while gathering feedback
- Monitor and improve commercial processes: measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, deploy new process effectively thanks to strong communication and change management skills
- Develop and maintain processes to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system.
- Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to salesforce productivity: pipeline management, territory management, reporting, sales process optimization.

**Preferred Key Requirements**:
**Years of Experience**

Senior level (3-5 years)

Professional experience in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department.

Able to set priorities and independently drive projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, sciences, statistics

**Languages**

Fluency in English

**Industry Experience**

Preferred MedTech

**Technical Knowledge**

Good knowledge of CRM/ERP software systems/platforms

Preferably knowledge of the main statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS)

General knowledge of other related disciplines, business unit function and cross group dependencies/relationships.
