Als Operations Executive sind Sie die kommunikative und inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit für das Front-Office-team (Ihre lyf-guards) und für das Housekeeping des Hauses. Bei der Arbeit in beiden Funktionen wird Ihr Sinn für Abenteuer täglich gebraucht, wenn Sie von einem Thema zum nächsten springen können und den lyf-champion dabei unterstützen können, die Ziele des Hotels zu erreichen, sind Sie bei uns richtig.
Egal, ob Sie sich unter die Gäste mischen oder an einem anstrengenden Tag mit dem Housekeeping beschäftigt sind, Sie krempeln die Ärmel hoch und helfen, während Sie schon an Ihre nächsten Aufgaben denken.
**Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben als Operations Executive gehören**
- Koordinierung der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen, die für das Front Office und das Housekeeping benötigt werden
- Leitung aller operativen Funktionen, die einen hervorragenden Service und eine starke Gemeinschaft für unsere Gäste bieten
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und der Effizienz in allen Abteilungen
- Arbeitet im Schichtdienst mit seinem Team und ist flexibel, um an fünf von sieben Tagen pro Woche zu arbeiten
- Sorgt für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Haus und zwischen den Abteilungen
- Sicherstellen von gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Housekeeping und an der Rezeption
- Umsetzung der zugewiesenen Managementaufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensstandards und -verfahren
**Sie sind die perfekte Besetzung für uns, wenn Sie**
- Sie haben einen Abschluss im Gastgewerbe und mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Aufsichts
- oder Führungsposition
- Ausgeprägte Management
- und Führungsqualitäten
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Management von Gäste-/Kundenbeziehungen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit allen operativen Tätigkeiten eines Hotels
- Sie sind technikaffin und beherrschen MS Office
- Sie sind proaktiv und ein motivierter Teamplayer

As Operations Executive, you will be the communicative and inspirational leader for the front office team (your lyf guards) and housekeeping of the hotel. Working in both roles, your sense of adventure is needed on a daily basis, if you can jump from one topic to the next and support the lyf champion in achieving the hotel's goals, you've come to the right place.
Whether its mingling with guests or hustling with housekeeping on a busy day you are unfazed to roll up your sleeves and help, all whilst thinking ahead to your next missions/tasks.
**As Operations Executive, your main responsibilities will include**
- Coordinating the people and material resources needed for front office and housekeeping
- Guiding all operational functions provide excellent service and a strong community for our guests
- Ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across all departments
- Works shifts alongside their team, being flexible to work across five out of seven days per week
- Ensures smooth communication within the organisation and between departments
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in housekeeping and at reception
- Implementation of assigned management tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
**You are a perfect fit for us if you**
- Have a degree in hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position
- Possess strong management and leadership skills
- Demonstrative experience in Guest/Customer Relations management
- Having proven experience with all operational activities of a hotel
- Are tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Are proactive and a motivated team player
