**Your mission**:
Please be mindful that not all of the following topics will be handled within the first months, some of them are more prospective.
- Active Outreach & Recruitment:

- Lead active outreach efforts for top-priority roles.
- Take full ownership of all recruitment activities at Klim.
- Assist leadership in strategic recruitment planning.
- Process Improvement:

- Assess and improve existing recruitment processes to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Streamline decentralized recruitment practices across teams.
- Develop and implement inclusive recruitment practices to attract and recruit diverse talent.
- Establish a recruitment process that promotes diversity and inclusivity at all levels.
- Enablement & Training:

- Develop and deliver training for managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices.
- Empower managers and interviewers to handle recruitment autonomously with mínimal oversight.
- Work closely with the Head of People to identify and prioritize recruitment improvements.
- Tool Optimization:

- Maximize the impact of the recruitment tool Personio, or assess the need for alternative tools.
- Organize and secure recruitment data, ensuring compliance with personal data regulations.
- Create a data driven recruitment operation
- Employer Branding:

- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Promote Klim as an employer of choice in the industry.

**Your profile**:

- You have proven experience in recruiting in high-paced, highly competitive markets.
- You are skilled in working with multiple stakeholders to set up and improve recruitment processes.
- You have a highly organized and structured in approach and you utilizes data to inform decisions and optimize recruitment strategies
- You value and practice transparency in all communications and processes.
- You demonstrate empathy in interactions and you understand diverse perspectives.
- You have strong project management skills to drive initiatives from start to finish.
- You are able to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Nice to have : you have previously worked in environments that are rapidly scaling on an international scale
