**Die Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Quartals
- und Konzernabschlüsse nebst Konzernanhang und Lagebericht der YOC AG nach IFRS.
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortliche komplexe Grundsatzfragen zur IFRS Bilanzierung (u.a. IFRS 9, 15 und 16) und implementierst neue Rechnungslegungsvorschriften.
- Zudem wirst Du die Betreuung der ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften der YOC-Gruppe übernehmen und verantwortest die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Monatsabschlussprozesse.
- Du unterstützt maßgeblich bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften (inklusive PPA) in den Konsolidierungskreis.
- Des Weiteren implementierst Du eine konzernweite Bilanzierungsrichtlinie (Accounting Guideline) und entwickelst diese stetig weiter.
- Du agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer im Rahmen der Konzernabschlussprüfung.
- Du wirst eng mit unserem CFO und dem übrigen Team zusammenarbeiten.
- Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung abwechslungsreicher Projekte und Sonderthemen innerhalb des Finance-Bereiches runden Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten Bilanzierung oder Konzernrechnungslegung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
- Du kannst eine mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen mit IFRS Bezug oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft vorweisen.
- Eine Handlungssichere Bilanzierung nach HGB und insbesondere IFRS sind für dich kein Problem.
- Dich zeichnet ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Zudem bist Du Teamfähig und kannst Dich für Projektarbeiten begeistern.
- Weiterhin beherrschst Du die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
