Head of Partnership Development

This is a key role at Bayes Esports. Our company sits at the very center of the digital esports ecosystem, connecting exclusive data supply to global and universal live esports data demand. This role is the gatekeeper of our commercial relationships on either side, driving both for maximum monetization for content supply partners, as well as maximum value for our content distribution and product partners. You are a strategist, you are a diplomat, a negotiator, a caretaker, a fiend for numbers, and most importantly, you are a deal closer. You want to work with partners like Riot Games, the ESL, Beyond the Summit, OGA and others on a daily basis to make sure that their communities can connect to their esports in amazing ways.
**Responsibilities**:
- Owning the global partnership pipeline
- Creating partnership programs end-to-end
- Deal sourcing, negotiations and closing for multi-million Euro deals
- Strategic partnership management and expansion
- Manage partnership performance, insights and reportings
- Fostering relationships and representing the company at events and on panels
**Requirements**:
- Min 5 yrs of experience in the tech industry, specifically data or content licensing
- Extensive experience in business development, partnership development/management or Enterprise Sales
- Deep knowledge of data licensing agreements and all its nooks and crannies
- Proven track record of executing strategic paid partnerships as the lead in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the advantages and functionality of digital tech products and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Must be structured, results-oriented, data-driven, and a team player
- Diplom/Master equivalent
