**Teamwork is dreamwork**: You plan and execute (virtual) team events
- **Keep up to date**:You write, edit and publish interviews and articles e.g. about our people’s career paths or about events
- **Take responsibility**: You create videos, especially to increase team motivation
- **Inform your colleagues**:You drive and maintain internal social media activities
- **Keep the overview**: You maintain different communication platforms e.g. the Intranet and the oneSAP Community, which is based on Microsoft Sharepoint, Webex, Slido, Miro Board
- **Expand your horizons**:You create attractive PowerPoint presentations and artwork in line with the Infineon brand
- **Being strong together**:Be involved in global change management activities across many Infineon locations worldwide
- **Personality**:You are an open-minded person and love to work in a team
- **Interests**:You are creative and like to write
- **Skills**: You are very well versed in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- **Language skills**: You show an outstanding command of written and spoken English
