Getreu diesem Motto stellst du als Senior Data Protection Expert (all genders) - als Teil des zooplus-Datenschutzteams - sicher, dass wir als führendes E-Commerce-Unternehmen die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen der EU DS-GVO innerhalb der zooplus-Gruppe umsetzen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Local Data Protection Ambassadors, dem IT Security-Team sowie unserem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten zusammen. Flache Hierarchiestrukturen, kurze Kommunikationswege, ein kollegiales Miteinander sowie genug Freiräume für eigene Ideen, bieten eine spannende Möglichkeit, Teil eines dynamischen Unternehmens zu werden.
- Unterstützung bei der aktiven unternehmensweiten Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenschutzanforderungen sowie der Datenschutzprozesse und -tools
- Eigenständige Etablierung sowie fortlaufende Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Datenschutzidentifikation und Bewertung von Datenschutzrisiken
- Beurteilung datenschutzrechtlicher Sachverhalte aus allen Unternehmensbereichen im Einklang mit den Vorgaben der Datenschutzgrundverordnung und angrenzender Rechtsgrundlagen, wie z.B. BDSG, UWG, TTDSG sowie Beratung aller Unternehmensbereich zu datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen.
- Begleitung der formalen und inhaltlichen Kontrolle der Verzeichnisse der Verarbeitungstätigkeiten
- Prüfung von Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen und Standardvertragsklauseln
- Durchführen von Transfer Impact Assessments
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Information Security Officer und Principal Privacy Engineer
- Koordination und eigenständige Übernahme von Datenschutzprojekten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Durchführung von Risikobewertungen sowie Etablierung von risikominimierenden Maßnahmen

**Qualifications**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Rechtswissenschaften
- Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Datenschutzrechts
- Zertifizierung im Bereich Datenschutz (BvD, GDD cert., UDIS oder CIPP/E) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Datenschutzmanagement-Tool OneTrust von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
