**Application Support Specialist (M/F/d)**

Deine Aufgaben - so wichtig wie unsere Software:

- Incident & Problem Management im 1st & 2nd Level für unsere Kunden
- Probleme identifizieren, verstehen, analysieren priorisieren und Lösungen erarbeiten, wobei ein positives Kundenerlebnis sichergestellt wird
- Kommunikation und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen, sowie Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbank
- Nachverfolgung von Lösungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Ausführen von Installationen, Updates und Konfigurationen auf den Kundensystemen
- Bringe Ideen proaktiv ein, um unsere Supportleistungen für unsere Kunden noch wertvoller zu machen und helfe bei der Ideenumsetzung
- Lerne und erweitere ständig deine Kompetenzen in Bezug auf unsere EXTEDO Produkte, IT-Technologien und dein regulatorisches Knowhow
- Arbeite in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team und engagiere dich in innovativen Projekten zur nachhaltigen Prozessverbesserung
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internationalen Support, und Sales Teams, sowie Produktmanagment und Softwareentwicklung zusammen

Dein Profil - so gut wie unsere Lösungen:

- Technische Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker mit Schwerpunkt Systemintegration), einen akademischen Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Du fühlst dich wie zu Hause, umgeben von IT-Profis, die webbasierte und clientbasierte Software-Tools nutzen und unterstützen
- Du kennst dich mit Windows Server, Linux und SQL Datenbanken
- Du hast idealerweise schon Grundkenntnisse in Docker, Cara-Plattform von Generis, Azure und Skriptsprachen (z. B. Python, Powershell)
- Du liebst es, Probleme zu erforschen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du hast Talent für Multitasking und eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit Themen zu priorisieren
- Du bist kundenorientiert und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
