**Your mission**

As our accounting specialist, you are interested in automated accounting systems, continuous process optimisation, short service routes and digitalised administration.

More specifically, you will:

- Entering, processing and paying incoming invoices
- Processing of travel expenses
- Maintenance and reconciliation of open item lists
- Future monitoring of accounts payable master data
- Process optimisation within financial accounting
- Support in projects in the area of finance, e.g. software implementation
- Support with monthly/annual financial statements
- Analyses on call

**Who you are and what you have**
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) or corresponding studies (e.g. business administration, economics, or similar)
- Extensive professional experience in this area (accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
- Sure handling of Microsoft Office 365, Datev and MS Dynamics or SAP products
- Own responsibility for one's own actions and mistakes
- Willingness to help others
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluent English and German
