**Sales Development Representative - Markt Public Sector (m/w/d)**
Unser Ziel bei der d.velop public sector GmbH ist, öffentliche Verwaltungen und Hochschulen mit unserer DMS / ECM Software zu digitalisieren. Seit über 20 Jahren klappt das schon ziemlich gut.
**Wie sehen Deine Aufgaben aus?**
- Als SDR steigst Du bei uns im Vertrieb ein. Bei Dir liegen unsere eingegangenen Leads in der Verantwortung und werden durch Dich angereichert und qualifiziert.
- Dir macht es Spaß Potenziale zu entdecken. Mit Qualifizierungs-Calls als auch Mails und Automatisierungstools erkennst Du, welche Leads spannend sind.
- Überzeugung durch geschickte Argumentation ist Dein Business: Du findest aktiv und eigenständig mögliche Neukunden und akquirierst diese über die verschiedensten Kanäle. Egal ob via Telefon oder über Social Media.
- Du hast Deine Termine und Leads im Überblick. Durch ein stetiges Controlling stellst Du eine einwandfreie Leadbearbeitung sicher und identifizierst mögliche Verkaufschancen so schnell es geht.
- Deine Ideen bringen uns voran In Vertriebsprojekten bringst Du Deine Vorschläge mit ein und trägst dabei zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Sales-Bereiches bei.
- Als Teamplayer arbeitest Du eng mit Deinen Kollegen:innen aus dem Vertrieb und Marketing zusammen.

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich BWL und Kommunikation, Kommunikationsmanagement oder vergleichbaren Bereich - ganz gleich, ob mit jahrelanger Berufserfahrung, als Berufsstarter:in oder als Quereinsteiger:in.
- Du weißt, wie Du Kunden sprachlich begegnen musst. Im Idealfall punktest Du mit erster Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und kennst Dich mit den wesentlichen Anforderungen, Prozessen sowie Strukturen öffentlicher Verwaltungen aus.
- Deinem wachsamen Auge entgeht keine Chance - Du erkennst Potenziale und schöpfst diese mit unseren Lösungen und Deinem Feingefühl aus.
- Mit Deiner Agilität, Deinem Engagement und Deinem teamorientierten Arbeitsansatz meisterst Du spannende Herausforderungen.
- Als gewissenhafte und zugleich strukturierte Persönlichkeit treibst Du die Digitalisierung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung gemeinsam mit uns voran.
