**About Loft Labs**

**Responsibilities**
We are looking for an **experienced Head Of Design **to join our team. In this position, you will:

- Work in collaboration with the markers, DevOps, head of marketing, operations manager, designers on marketing design (Website design, social media design, slides design and other graphic design stuffs)
- Supervises direct reports on the Design team and participates in staffing, hiring, and onboarding
- Facilitates team training via internal and external sources as well as providing mentoring on an individual basis
- Manages the career growth and development of direct reports
- Advocates for company cultural values and fosters an environment of craft excellence, collaboration, and inclusion
- Be a hands-on marketing designer, ensure the overall quality, responsible for overseeing design tasks

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of full-time industry experience in leading design teams
- Senior-level knowledge of digital design, graphic design, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
- Must possess a strong sense of concept development, in addition to communication, collaboration, research and problem solving
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required. Knowledge on webflow is a bonus point
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent design foundation, typography, compositional, and layout skills
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work with multiple teams, solicit and summarize feedback, and facilitate design discussions
