Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
As an HR intern, you’ll be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working as part of our Human Resources team. The purpose of QIMA HR is to support every part of our business by ensuring we have highly motivated, capable, and dedicated teams in place to achieve our QIMA mission. Your role in this will be to:
- Propose relevant research channels, identification, direct approach, use of LinkedIn-type social networks, first contacts and pre-qualification interviews.
- Drive in autonomy interviews and acquire the basic interview methodology.
- Work on identifying and sourcing fresh graduates and high potential profiles globally.
- Write and publish job offers internally through our referrals program as well as on different partner sites.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our integration process within the company.
- Optimize the dashboards analysis to track the efficiency of our recruitment activities.
**Qualifications**
It could be you, if you are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Psychology.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Curious, organized, results-oriented and fast learner.
- A good listener to understand the full picture as well as an excellent communicator.
- Able to work in autonomy as well as being a good team player.
