**Global Compensation & Benefits intern (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 7179- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE, 22419- DEPARTMENT: People & Culture (HR)**Your Tasks**
- Participate in the interdisciplinary, strategic HR team "People & Culture Global Standards"
- Support the implementation of strategic HR projects with the local HR teams
- Participate in international projects, including the design and implementation of a job architecture, development of SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Prepare special topics independently

**Your Profile**
- Registered student (M/F/d) in an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage
- Confident command of English
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Enjoy a varied and responsible job in a dynamic and international team
