**Werkstudent:in Human Resources (m/w/d) - 10-15 Stunden/Woche**

DKSH ist ein Distributor für Spezialrohstoffe und vertreibt ein großes Spektrum an Spezialchemikalien und Inhaltsstoffen für die Pharma-, Kosmetik-, Nahrungsmittel
- und Getränkeindustrie sowie für industrielle Anwendungen. Mit 870 Niederlassungen in 36 Ländern und 33.100 Mitarbeiter:innen hat DKSH im Geschäftsjahr 2022 einen Nettoumsatz von CHF 11.3 Milliarden erwirtschaftet.

Wir sind ein Team von 3 HR Kolleginnen, die vier Standorte in Deutschland, einen Standort in Polen und vier Standorte in Skandinavien betreuen.
- Wir suchen für den Standort Hamburg eine:n zuverlässige:n Werkstudent:in, der/die uns bei unseren täglichen HR-Adminaufgaben unterstützt.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen sowie Steuerung der Veröffentlichung
- Koordination bei Onboarding
- und Offboarding-Prozessen inkl. Kommunikation mit den Bewerber:innen und mit der Fachabteilung
- Erfassung neuer Kreditoren im System und Pflege der entsprechenden Datenbanken
- Erstellung und Pflege wichtiger HR-Dokumente, einschließlich Verträge, Zeugnissen und Formulare
- Unterstützung des HR Teams im Tagesgeschäft und in der Mitarbeiterbetreuung

**Dein Profil**
- Du absolvierst ein Studium in einem HR relevanten Bereich, beispielsweise: Psychologie, Pädagogik oder Sozialwissenschaften
- Du bestitzt sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit eigenen Ideen und einem hohen Maß an Eigenständigkeit
- Du zeichnest dich durch gute Organisation, Gewissenhaftigkeit & Resilienz aus und hast Spaß an der Interaktion mit anderen Menschen
- Du sorgst mit deinem Auge für Qualität und Präzision dafür, dass jedes Projekt nicht nur termingerecht abgeschlossen wird, sondern auch höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllt
