Bist du erfahren im Bereich regulatorischer Berichterstattung und auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung? Dann suchen wir genau dich VIVA Wallet Germany sucht derzeit nach einem engagierten Regulatory Reporting Operations Officer, um unser Risikoteam zu verstärken.

In dieser spannenden Position bist du für die Überwachung des Prozesses der Einreichung von regulatorischen Berichten verantwortlich und unterstützt die zeitnahe und effektive Kommunikation mit den Aufsichtsbehörden in verschiedenen EU-Ländern. Du berichtest direkt an einen erfahrenen Regulatory Reporting Operations Manager und arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams innerhalb des Unternehmens zusammen.

**Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Einrichtung und Kontrolle des Prozesses der Einreichung von Zulassungsberichten, um die Compliance-Anforderungen innerhalb des Zeitplans für die Zulassungsberichte zu erfüllen
- Entwurf und Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungskontrollen, KPIs und Abgleichsregeln, um die Genauigkeit und Konsistenz der erstellten regulatorischen Berichte zu gewährleisten
- Sicherstellung der Gültigkeit der Berichte und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Durchführung von Einreichungen in den regulatorischen Umgebungen, in denen das Unternehmen in den einzelnen Ländern tätig ist, in Bezug auf die Berichtspflichten rechtzeitig durchzuführen
- Ermittlung und Aufbau der entsprechenden Kommunikationsverbindungen zu lokalen und ausländischen Aufsichtsbehörden in ganz Mitteleuropa, um eine Vielzahl von Funktionen im Bereich der aufsichtsrechtlichen Berichterstattung zu unterstützen
- Bearbeitung aktueller und neu auftretender Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Einreichung von Berichten, Priorisierung von Anfragen und Ermittlung der zu beteiligenden Stakeholder
- Pflege von Verfahren und Unterlagen im Zusammenhang mit den Meldefunktionen und den Kommunikationsverfahren, einschließlich Eskalations
- und Genehmigungsverfahren
- Engagement für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Kenntnisse über die angebotenen Dienstleistungen, Vorschriften, optimale Verfahren, Instrumente und Methoden

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem Bereich
- Master-Abschluss in Risikomanagement/Governance, Betriebswirtschaft oder Finanzen von Vorteil
- Bis zu 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, vorzugsweise im Finanzsektor
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel und/oder Power BI
- Erfahrung mit SQL von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1). Beherrschung weiterer europäischer Sprachen von Vorteil.
