**Project Lead (m/w/d) - Industrialization**:

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Leitung der Produktindustrialisierung nach der Übergabe von der Produktentwicklung
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung operativer Probleme, die sich aus der (Vor-)Serienproduktion und der Feldleistung ergeben (Verfügbarkeit,...)
- Implementierung von Cost-Out-Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung von Projektplänen, um das funktionsübergreifende Team in Übereinstimmung mit dem Projektumfang zu führen
- Anpassung des aktuell freigegebenen PDP an das aktuelle Industrialisierungsprojekt / Definition der Projektstruktur, falls zutreffend
- Aktive Projektleitung
- Durchführung des täglichen Projektmanagements während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Programms
- Verwalten des Projektbudgets, der Risiken und Probleme und Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Koordinierung der Projekte und ihrer Abhängigkeiten untereinander
- Nutzung und Verwaltung von Ressourcen für verschiedene Projekte
- Verwaltung von Produktänderungen im Projekt gemeinsam mit dem Product Change Manager
- Verwalten von Projektthemen mit den zentralen Funktionen (Installationsteams, Service & Beschaffung,...)
- Information und Präsentation der (Zwischen-)Ergebnisse für das (Top-)Management

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektrik
- Basis-Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Bewusstsein für Zusammenhänge innerhalb einer Organisation
- funktionsübergreifende Kommunikation und Führungsqualitäten
- Durchgängiges Denken in der Organisation
- Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation auf Senior Management Ebene
- Konfliktbereitschaft, basierend auf Fakten und Zahlen
