**Deine Aufgaben**:
Die Kommunikationsagentur PIABO mit Hauptsitz in Berlin ist die führende europäische Full-Service-Partnerin der Digitalwirtschaft. Der spannende Bereich “Future of Work” und die Herausforderungen für Fintechs, Insuretechs und Legaltechs - das sind die Themengebiete, zu denen deine zukünftigen Teamkolleg:innen erfolgreich arbeiten. Als Communications Director (all genders) leitest du Teams an und treibst Impulse und Strategien für 360-Grad-Kommunikationskampagnen voran. Du hast das Talent, strategische Weitsicht und operatives Know How zu kombinieren und kannst flexibel auf unterschiedliche Herausforderungen reagieren. Dabei pflegst du ein holistisches Verständnis von Kommunikation und weißt, wie wichtig interne und externe Stakeholder für eine erfolgreiche PR sind.

**WAS UNS WICHTIG IST**
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der 360-Grad-Beratung mit und beherrschst souverän den Umgang mit Start-ups, Scale-ups und Corporates.
- Als Kommunikationsprofi leitest du unsere Teams dabei an, kreative Kommunikationskonzepte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Du hast Lust auf Networking auf Events und Fachveranstaltungen und denkst von Anfang an multimedial.
- Du nutzt KI und kannst das “When and Why” kompetent einschätzen.
- Als Kundenlead bringst du Teamarbeit voran, agierst als Mentor:in und Sparringspartner:in für Kolleg:innen und stellst in der Supervision stets die Qualität der Ergebnisse sowie eine exzellente Kundenbeziehung sicher.
- Du denkst in digitalen und innovativen Lösungen und Prozessen und etablierst dadurch zukunftsweisende PR- und Kommunikationsprojekte sowie neue Trends am Markt.
**Dein Profil**:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kommunikationsberatung mit und kannst Kunden und Teams führen.
- Du bist es gewohnt, auf Basis von Daten und Analysen PR-Strategien aufzubauen, welche das gesamte Portfolio der Kommunikation berücksichtigen.
- Du bevorzugst transparente Kommunikationswege in alle Richtungen und bist klar in deinen Erwartungen, wobei du immer den Input vom Team mit einbeziehst.
- Du wirst als Lead und Mentor:in geschätzt und weißt, wie man die Expertise von allen Beteiligten gewinnbringend und wertschätzend einsetzt und somit Stärken ausbaut und voranbringt.
- Du bist offen für Veränderungen, bist Impulsgeber:in und hinterfragst den Status Quo, damit wir als Agentur stets bestmögliche und innovative Kommunikationsstrategien für unsere Kund:innen entwickeln können.
- Du hast Lust auf eine bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in einem großen Gesamtteam.
- Du hast bereits internationale Kund:innen betreut.
- Außerdem bringst du fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
