**Job Description**:
We're looking for you to join the Customer Engagement Team as soon as possible as
Tasks
- Whether it's our WOW newsletter, a push notification or a complete onboarding journey, you'll support us in the area of fiction in the conception, creation and analysis of our customer communication
- You'll coordinate closely with internal interfaces such as the Marketing, E-COM and Operational departments
- You'll have the opportunity to work with CRM tools and implement optimizations of the customer journey and communication
- You help us to optimize our customer journey and work with different CRM tools
- You enjoy analyzing our key figures - through A/B tests you contribute to the continuous development of our measures and help us to optimize our customer communication
**Requirements**:
- You're currently studying marketing, business administration, media management, communication or similar. Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer engagement, CRM or marketing in previous internships
- Your way of working can be described as independent, structured, solution
- and goal-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality
- You've a good combination of creative and analytical skills -You find it exciting to analyze and interpret data and use MS Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and structure your data
- You've a good feel for language, an understanding of graphics, an eye for detail and an interest in entertainment and sports topics
- You're a strong communicator and team player with excellent MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
