**Job Description**:
Tasks
- Your role is to define, plan and implement new partnerships and collaborations - from setting strategic direction to managing day-to-day performance and partner relationships
- You'll be responsible for developing a clear roadmap to maximize subscriber and ARPU (average revenue per user) growth across all B2B channels, including telcos, connected devices, other streaming services, gift cards, etc.
- In your role as Director of Distribution (M/F/d) you'll be coordinating clear goals, directions and objectives for the function, ensuring buy-in from the wider business and stakeholders and communicating these clearly
- You'll be involved in identifying opportunities to improve WOW products, user experience and user journeys on third party platforms and developing a business case to justify investments
- In addition to identifying risks and opportunities, you'll be responsible for implementing and accelerating our plans
- No day is the same - you'll be leading and developing a high-performing distribution team - your daily responsibilities will include fostering an environment where the team is motivated to generate new ideas and initiatives, while collaborating effectively with the broader business to maximize value
- Part of your responsibility is defining clear roles, responsibilities and ways of working for each member of the WOW Distribution team, including interfacing with WOW Partner Marketing, Sky Germany and Sky Group stakeholders
- As Director of Distribution (M/F/d) you'll take over the internal engagement with other Sky territories and global product teams for all distribution related topics & at the same time be the point of contact for external inquiries and partnerships

**Requirements**:

- You've a degree in business administration and at least 8-10 years of experience in business development and the subscription business
- Your strong digital focus, expertise in digital customer journeys and understanding of the TV and OTT industry and products/technologies set you apart from others
- A successful track record in managing and growing a subscription business via third-party distribution
- Your start-up mindset, your enthusiasm to scale a challenger brand quickly and your ability to establish yourself in a rapidly evolving business environment are among your strengths
- Through your professional experience, you've acquired a profound detail orientation, especially in the operational area, as well as knowledge in focusing on medium and long-term goals and strategies
- Above all, your communication skills and the development of convincing storylines for managers and other high-level stakeholders are among your strengths
- Through your professional experience as a manager (M/F/d), you've acquired the ability to maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as top management - you can present strategies and information in an understandable way
- You'd describe yourself as strategic, committed, collaborative and responsible & your way of working as team-oriented, structured and diligent
- Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
