**What you can do**:

- As Head of Europe-wide Sales for Hydrogen Systems, you will be primarily responsible for managing and promoting the associated sales team.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, including the strategic positioning of our products on the European market.
- You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
- You will also be responsible for developing and implementing concepts and measures to achieve sales and profit targets in Europe.
- You will work closely with the Research and Development and Business Development departments to define the product requirements for the European market.

**What you bring with you**:

- You have a successfully completed degree in science, engineering or economics with a high technical affinity.
- You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the European market, especially in the acquisition of new customers.
- You communicate fluently in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- You are experienced in using market knowledge strategically and have successfully negotiated contracts in the past.
- As a team player, you are characterized by organizational talent, openness and strong communication at all levels.
