**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Sie stellen die Qualität der an HFK gelieferten Komponenten & Baugruppen (Schwerpunkt mechanische Bauteile) entsprechend den Anforderungen sicher und organisieren die dazu notwendigen Maßnahmen in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Dazu koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit bei APQP-relevanten Themen im Projektteam und bei den Lieferanten und überwachen die Aktivitäten der Lieferanten im Produktentwicklungsprozess mit Hilfe der APQP-Methodik. Diese bewerten Sie hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Inhalt und Termintreue und leiten bei Abweichungen Gegenmaßnahmen ein.
- Sie initiieren Reklamationen an Lieferanten bei Abweichungen gegenüber der Spezifikation und stellen gemeinsam mit dem Lieferanten sicher, dass Fehler nachhaltig abgestellt werden.
- Sie informieren die betroffenen Organisationseinheiten über aktuelle Qualitätsprobleme und veranlassen entsprechende Abstellmaßnahmen. Bei relevanten Qualitätsrisiken, die nicht durch den Lieferanten oder das Projektteam gelöst werden können, eskalieren Sie diese zur Managementebene.
- Sie werten Prüfergebnisse, Untersuchungsberichte und sonstige Informationen aus und entscheiden über die Annahme oder Ablehnung von Neuteilen und Serienlieferungen bzw. notwendige Produkt
- und Prozessänderungen.
- Sie werten Erstmusterprüfberichte (ISIR, EMPB, PSW) der Lieferanten aus und geben diese frei.
- Sie führen System-, Produkt
- und Prozessaudits bei Lieferanten gemäß IATF 14949 und VDA 6.3 sowie gemäß spezieller Kundenvorschriften durch und steuern und dokumentieren diese.
**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang ist erforderlich.
- Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung im produzierenden Bereich und konnten eine entsprechende Methodenkompetenz im Automotive-Sektor und in der Anwendung der gängigen Qualitätswerkzeuge aufbauen.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsvorausplanung/APQP und eine Qualifizierung als Auditor/-in sind von Vorteil.
- Zudem zeichnet Sie Ihre Analysefähigkeit und eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Sie sind zuverlässig, teamorientiert und flexibel.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
