**Ihre Aufgaben**
Sie sind verantwortlich für die selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Prüfungen am Standort Hannover sowie an unseren internationalen Standorten. Ein Einsatzschwerpunkt wird dabei die Erbringung von Prüfungsleistungen im Umfeld 'Operations' sein (z. B. Compliance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Facility Management, Human Resources etc.).
- Optimierung von Prüfstrategien und Steigerung der Prüfqualität
- Entwicklung von Empfehlungen anhand der Prüfungsergebnisse, die zur Beratung der geprüften Bereiche dienen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des weltweit installierten internen Kontrollsystems
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs
- Kooperation und Kommunikation mit externen Stellen (Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Aufsichtsbehörden etc.)
**Ihr Profil**
- Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Vergleichbares
- Berufserfahrung im Kontext von Prüfungen im Bereich Operations wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse von Prüfungsabläufen im Bereich Finance/Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung idealerweise bei (Rück-)Versicherungsgesellschaften (oder Banken) und/oder bei der Internen Revision eines Finanzdienstleisters oder bei einem der Big Four-Prüfungsgesellschaften
- Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (mindestens C1) und Deutsch auf konversationssicherem Niveau (mindestens B2), Kenntnisse einer weiteren Fremdsprache sind von Vorteil
