Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MCC Senior Coordinator for a long-term contract or permanent position based in Germany. This role involves working within a Maintenance Control Center (MCC) environment, focusing on line maintenance for a fleet that includes B777, B767, B757, A300, and A330 aircraft types. The contract duration is up to 18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position, operating on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate real-time maintenance activities for a fleet of B777, B767, B757, A300, and A330 aircraft.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues during line maintenance operations.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to manage and resolve any maintenance discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with German and EU aviation safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to line maintenance personnel as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.
Requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in the EU. For permanent workers visa sponsorship may be available.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an MCC role, preferably with exposure to the specified aircraft types (B777, B767, B757, A300, A330).
- Strong knowledge of line maintenance operations and relevant aviation safety regulations within the German and EU contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
