**What you will contribute**:

- You will lead the delivery management department, taking responsibility for the successful completion of all of our digital projects for our clients
- You will review our existing processes and ways of working around delivery. You will define the future setup and adaptations necessary to enable with your delivery team the scalable growth of our organization
- You will spearhead internal change management initiatives, driving the adoption of new processes and practices
- You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and synergy
- You will manage client relationships, serving as a trusted digital expert
- You will lay the foundation for further growth and hire new team members

**What you need to bring**:

- University degree with excellent results
- Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of complex digital services or platforms
- Experience in a fast-growing, fast-changing company and/or a large digital services or consultancy company
- Demonstrated ability to implement new project management processes, identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, demonstrated through previous roles in consulting, research or a similar field
- Knowledge in diverse project management methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFE
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and self-organization
- Excellent leadership and social skills, with strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in English and German (both spoken and written)
- Experience with relevant software and tools including MS Teams, Sharepoint, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira)
