**Teamleiter Brand Experience & Live-Kommunikation (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Das Department Specialty Leasing vermarktet sämtliche Produktgruppen, angefangen von Medialeistungen über Live-Kommunikations
- und Pop-Up Konzepten bis hin zu innovativen Retail-Umsetzungen, die auf den hoch frequentierten Center Boulevards realisiert werden
- und Aktionsflächen auch einen echten USP
- Du führst ein Team von Account Manager/Innen und bist verantwortlich für den Jahresumsatz und die Zielerreichung des Teams Brand Experience innerhalb des Specialty Leasings
- In Abstimmung mit dem Head of Department erarbeitest Du Ansätze und Vertriebsstrategien zur Vermarktung von Live-Kommunikationslösungen bei Brands und Agenturen
- Akquise, aktives Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und das Eintauchen in die für uns relevanten Märkte gehören zu Deinem abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsfeld und bilden die Grundlage für den Erfolg

**Dein Profil**:

- Das Fundament Deines Erfolges bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftlich orientiertes Studium
- Du bringst fundierte Vertriebserfahrung mit, bestenfalls im Umfeld der Live-Kommunikation
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Du bist motiviert und handelst gerne aus eigenem unternehmerischem Antrieb heraus
- Akquise sowie ein aktives Kundebeziehungsmanagement sind für Dich selbstverständlich, um erfolgreich zu sein
- Du kommunizierst zielgerichtet, bist begeisterungsfähig, arbeitest selbständig und abschlussorientiert
- Du kennst Dich mit MS Office und hast keine Berührungsangst mit CRM Systemen
