**About the Role**:
As our VP of Brand at Circus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our consumer brands within our categories while also owning the development of our group brand. You will lead the strategic direction for brand development, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with our company's mission to redefine the food service experience through innovation and technology. This position will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), collaborating with departments including Culinary Strategy, Digital, Data, and C-level executives to ensure alignment of brand strategy with overall business objectives.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-brand strategy for consumer brands and the group brand.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
- Define clear brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand architecture frameworks to communicate brand relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Build, manage and develop a strong network of marketing agencies and external providers.
- Support product development to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster a strong brand culture within the organization.
- Work closely with the data team to conduct A/B testing and track brand performance metrics.
- Build and manage Offline Marketing, Content, and PR & Communications teams.

**Base Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing multi-brand strategies.
- Experience in the food service or FMCG industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common vision.
