Aufgaben

Als Head of Logistics arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und bist für die gesamten internen und externen Logistikprozesse verantwortlich. Das bedeutet konkret:

- Du setzt selbständig Digitalisierungs
- und Automatisierungsprojekte der Geschäftsprozesse um.
- Du entwickelst und überwachst logistikspezifische KPI’s.
- Du bist für die fachliche & persönliche Weiterentwicklung sowie die Zielerreichung deines Teams verantwortlich.
- Du definierst und überwachst die Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements und die Qualität der Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen.
- Du legst zusammen mit dem Procurement Beschaffungsbedarf und -strategie fest.
- Du bist für die Überwachung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten verantwortlich und führst die Gefährdungsbeurteilung durch.

Qualifikation
- Du bringst zumindest 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, Intralogistik, Lean Management oder KVP mit.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
- Du behältst gern den Überblick und bist ein Experte im Gesamtverantwortungs
- bzw. Projektmanagement.
- Deine großen Stärken liegen im Bereich Kommunikation & Leadership.
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel (VBA), in CAD-Programmen und im Prozessmanagement mit.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf zumindest C1-Niveau.
- Nice to Have: Erste Erfahrungen mit Amazon FBA oder weitere Kenntnisse im E-Commerce Umfeld.
