**Deine Verantwortung**:
- ** Our Face to the Customer** - Du bist unser erster Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice und für die möglichst perfekte telefonische Betreuung unserer Kund*innen verantwortlich - sei es, weil sie sich an uns oder wir uns an sie gewendet haben
- ** Spitzenqualität bei den Inhalten und der Struktur** - Du baust den Bereich Customer Service hands-on und selbstständig aus, integrierst immer wenn erforderlich neue Service-Aufgaben und setzt alle Standards wie auch Qualitätskriterien von der Pike an auf
- ** Auswahl und Entwicklung von Top-Talenten** - Du baust den Bereich auch personell auf, arbeitest ggf. neue Talente ein und führst sie durch Deinen nahbaren und fairen Führungsstil zu Spitzenleistungen
- **Ein echter Purpose und Dein sichtbarer Beitrag** - Du packst mit an, denkst mit und baust gemeinsam mit uns Fuchs & Eule zu DEM Champion in der digitalen Energieberatung auf und hilfst so, die Klimaziele zu erreichen
**Dein Profil**:
- ** Head of Kund*innenflüstern** - Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung am Telefon mit, hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt, kennst alle relevanten KPIs und hast bestenfalls auch schon Verantwortung für Mitarbeiter*innen übernommen
- ** Organisiert und strukturiert** - Deinen Tagesablauf strukturierst Du selbstständig und effizient, Du sorgst in regelmäßigen Feedback-Sessions, Performance Reviews und Teammeetings dafür, dass jede*r Mitarbeiter*in motiviert und fachlich top fit ist
- ** Teamplayer aus vollem Herzen** - Du schaffst ein gleichermaßen kollaboratives und kompetitives Arbeitsumfeld. Deine extrem guten Kommunikationsskills gepaart mit Deinem anpackenden Wesen und Deiner freundlich-verbindlichen Art ermöglichen es Dir, inspirierend zu feedbacken, effektiv zu motivieren und bei Bedarf den Karren auch einmal selbst aus dem Dreck zu ziehen ;)
