**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Store Hero mit Fokus Fahrradreparatur bist du Teil unseres Storeteams und arbeitest im alltäglichen Geschäft mit, fokussierst dich aber hauptsächlich auf die Reparatur unserer Räder. Vorkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus, jedoch wirst du von unseren Fahrradmechaniker*innen vor Ort angelernt und mit handwerklichem Geschick lernst du schnell, wie du unsere Räder richtig reparierst:
- )
- Montage und Überprüfung von neuen Fahrrädern, einschließlich unserer E-Bikes
- Reparatur und Wartung von Fahrrädern sowie E-Bikes, verschiedener Komplexität
- Unterstützung bei den regelmäßigen Sicherheits
- und Qualitätskontrollen
- Erfassung der Reparaturen via unseres Datenbanksystems
- Bearbeitung von Sonderfällen bei unseren Rädern, z.B. Unfallräder, die für die Versicherung/Polizei nachweispflichtig sind
**Dein Profil**:
- Du hast Freude an gutem Service und Fahrrädern und etwas handwerkliches Geschick
- Idealerweise hast du sogar bereits Erfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker gesammelt oder Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich (eine Ausbildung als Fahrradmechaniker*in oder Fahrradmonteur*in ist ein großes Plus)
- Du möchtest dich gerne auf die Reparatur der Fahrräder fokussieren, springst aber auch gerne ein, wenn unser Ladenteam Unterstützung braucht
- Du sprichst Deutsch und/ oder Englisch
