**Sie sorgen für Auftrieb Unser Klient, die N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG,** ein Joint-Venture zwischen **Lufthansa Technik AG** und **Rolls-Royce plc**., steht seit 15 Jahren für ein Höchstmaß an Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientierung. Zur Unterstützung des konkreten weiteren Wachstums am Sitz des Unternehmens in Arnstadt bei Erfurt (Thüringen) sucht Wortmann Consulting im Auftrag von N3 Sie als

**Head of Material Management & Control (w/m/d**)**:
**Konkret geht es um Folgendes**:

- Umsetzung von Strategie und Zielen auf Basis der Vorgaben für den Bereich SCM
durch Koordinierung, Delegation und Monitoring der Aktivitäten der jeweiligen Teams
einschließlich deren fachlicher, persönlicher und methodischer Weiterentwicklung
- Steuerung des Prozesses zur Koordination der dem Triebwerk zugeordneten Bauteile
inkl. der termingerechten Bestellung und Lieferung sowie der Übergabe von Bauteilen
- Leitung aller Einkaufsaktivitäten für die direkte Beschaffung zur Sicherstellung der
Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Termin, Qualität und Kosten
- Verantwortung für den Prozess zur Überwachung des Lagerbestandes, der zukünftigen
Verwendbarkeit sowie für das Initiieren von Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung bzw. zum
Abbau von Altbeständen, Rücksendungen, Modifikationen oder anderer Verwendungen
- Entwicklung, Implementierung, Standardisierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen,
Methoden und Dokumenten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium zum Wirtschaftsingenieur mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Supply Chain Management / Beschaffung / Logistik oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung im Lieferketten
- und Wertstrommanagement,
insbesondere in der Leitung operativer Einheiten zur Materialsteuerung und im Einkauf
- idealerweise ergänzende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen z.B. im Projektmanagement
und Vertragswesen sowie in Verhandlungstechniken und im englischen Recht zum
Beschaffungswesen
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz, unternehmerischem Denken und
hoher Gestaltungs
- und Umsetzungsmentalität
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office,
insbesondere MS Excel, und ERP-Systemen
