Position Overview
The role involves the comprehensive management of technical, financial, and organizational elements of a portfolio dedicated to residential real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of construction initiatives from inception to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between various stakeholders and contractors.
- Manage the entire bidding process, including the assessment and negotiation of contracts.
- Supervise construction sites to guarantee quality standards, budget adherence, and timely project delivery.
- Plan and implement investment strategies, maintenance schedules, modernization projects, tenant enhancements, and property refurbishments.
- Formulate and execute Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, focusing on energy-efficient upgrades and heating system enhancements.
Qualifications Required
- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of three years of experience in construction or project management within the real estate industry.
- Strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of building regulations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with effective problem-solving abilities, pragmatism, and a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with technical standards, HOAI, and VOB regulations.
- A conceptual thinker with a practical approach to project management.
- Results-driven, organized, and open to travel as required.
