Du hast das große Ganze im Blick und möchtest dein Know-How in einem interdisziplinären Team einbringen? Dann komm zu uns, da bist du zusammen mit dem Team für das reibungslose Management unserer Gewerbeimmobilien verantwortlich

Das bewegst du bei uns:

- Verantwortung für das Teilportfolios der in Deutschland befindlichen Gewerbeimmobilien (Vermietungs
- und Marketingprozesse)
- Strategische Entwicklung der betreuten Objekte in Abstimmung mit dem Property Management
- Mietvertragsmanagement in Kooperation mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Budgetplanung
- und überwachung, Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
- Vertretung des Unternehmens ggü. Anwälten, öffentlichen Ämtern, Banken und Dienstleistern

Was wir uns von dir wünschen, um gemeinsam durchzustarten:

- Studienabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Asset Management / Immobilienbranche
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse und Verhandlungsstärke
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
