Zur Vergrößerung unseres sympathischen und gut eingespielten Teams in München und zur intensiveren Betreuung unserer japanischen Direktmandanten suchen wir eine/n

**Patent Professional (m/w/d) mit fließenden Japanisch‐Kenntnissen**

mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Sie unterstützen unsere Patentanwälte bei der Beratung unserer japanischen Direktmandanten in allen Bereichen des Patentrechts. Ein Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit liegt in Patent‐Prüfungsverfahren. Hinzu zählen wir auf Ihre Unterstützung in Einspruchsverfahren, Beratung zur Anmeldestrategie, Fragen des Arbeitnehmererfinderrechts zu Erfindungen, die von Mitarbeitern der Tochterunternehmen unserer japanischen Mandanten gemacht werden, und Verletzungssachen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre in einer Patentanwaltskanzlei gearbeitet
- Sie bringen eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe mit
- Sie haben Spaß an Technik
- Sie besitzen Talent im Umgang mit Menschen und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie sind japanischer Muttersprachler oder haben mehrere Jahre in Japan gelebt
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
