Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Vertriebsdirektoren im Akquisitionsprozess
Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Request-for-Proposals
- und Due-Diligence-Fragebögen
Wettbewerbs
- und Marktanalyse zu neuen Entwicklungen und Trends in der Kapitalanlage
Research zu Investoren aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen (Sparkassen, Versicherungen, Versorgungswerke etc.)
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu bestehenden Investitionen und im Vertrieb befindlichen Produkten
Erstellung von Kundenunterlagen, u. a. Präsentationen für Akquisetermine
Vor
- und Nachbereitung interner Ressortbesprechungen zu verschiedenen Themengebieten
Begleitung von Vertriebsdirektoren zu Kundenterminen oder Anlageausschusssitzungen
Potenzielle Weiterentwicklung zum Vertriebsdirektor möglich

Ihre Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien
Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
Interesse an Vertrieb und dem Umgang mit Investoren aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen (Sparkassen, Versicherungen, Versorgungswerke etc.)
Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (v. a. MS PowerPoint und Excel)
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement sowie Freude an fachbereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
Hohe Identifikation mit unseren Unternehmenswerten „offen“, „solide“ und „aktiv“
