**About our client**

Our client, a Munich-headquartered growth equity firm investing in and providing growth solutions to digital technology and media companies, seeks to hire an Investor Relations Associate or Senior Associate to assist with the setting up and growth of the firm's IR function alongside the COO. This role can be based either in Munich or Berlin.

**What the job involves**
- Acting as key point of contact for existing investors for relationship building purposes
- Responding to ad-hoc client inquiries in a timely manner
- Preparing high-quality marketing and investor presentation materials
- Engaging in portfolio analysis reviews and carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting
- Contributing to the development of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs and RFPs when requested
- Generating content for investor-related events such as AGMs, advisory board meetings and investor days

**Who we are looking for**
- Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, asset management or sales support. Other backgrounds such as financial communications/PR and accounting will also be considered
- Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
- Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English. Fluency in German would be a plus
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
