- YZR Capital is an investment firm based in Munich, Germany
- The current €100m venture capital fund focuses on early-stage health tech startups in Europe
- The team consists of experienced doctors, entrepreneurs and private equity / venture capital professionals and is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector
- YZR Capital manages capital for institutional investors and renowned entrepreneurial families and invests in leading European health tech challengers
- Support the investment team in end-to-end deal execution: conduct in-depth financial and commercial due diligence, prepare and document investment decisions, and support with legal documentation
- Support in the deal flow sourcing process and development of our investment theses: do market deep dives in sectors that are relevant to our investment focus, handle all inbound dealflow independently, and present interesting opportunities in our internal dealflow meeting
- Support in the organization of our international YZR events
- Build up your own network to bring in the most promising health tech deals
- Assist in the further development of existing portfolio companies
- Entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset combined with a high amount of empathy
- Enthusiasm for new business models in the field of health tech
- Humble, team player personality with a can-do attitude
- University degree in business, economics, medicine, or a similar field
- Previous practical experience such as venture capital/private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, start-ups
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory
- Together with the YZR team, you will be able to push with us our vision of accelerating health tech disruption in Europe
- As part of our fund, you will get access to founders and VCs in the health tech field, enabling you to build up your own network
- As a first-time fund, you will work in a startup-like environment and can be proactive and hands-on and take over responsibilities from day 1
- Our investment team will mentor you and support you in extending your skillset in venture capital
