Diese Position ist eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

**Ein Tag im Leben**
- Produktmarketing für die Kern-Produkte und Therapien (Insulinpumpe, kontinuierliche Glukosemessung, Software; Apps) inkl. Launch und Nachbereitung unter Einhaltung der Corporate Identity.
- 360° Markenkampagne (b2c &b2B) inkl. Storytelling, komplettes Kampagnenmanagement.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Marketing, Sales und allen relevanten Stakeholdern um Wachstum in der Produktgruppe zu garantieren.
- Umsetzen der globalen Marken
- und Produktmarketing
- Strategien und Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung der lokalen Besonderheiten.
- Analyse der Marktanteile sowie der Markenpositionierung, sowie des Kundenfeedbacks, um Optimierungen an der Kommunikation vorzunehmen.
- Messbarkeit und Kontrolle der Marketingaktivitäten gegen Ziele (ROIs & KPIs).
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung des Projektfortschritts der Einführungen an das Management Team.
- Lokale Umsetzung der neuen digitalen Plattform für medizinisches Fachpersonal in enger Absprache mit den involvierten stakeholdern und später Sicherstellung von relevanten Inhalten durch Absprachen mit der medizinischen Fachschaft.
- Teilnahme an Kongressen und Vertriebstagungen.

**Das ist uns wichtig**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem Wirtschaftsfach, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Technische und Social Media Affinität
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement Softwarelösungen
