Radius stellt pro Jahr mehr als 1 Million Karten aus und verwaltet jährlich mehr als 2,8 Milliarden Liter Kraftstoff.

Um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir in Vollzeit einen engagierten **Team Lead Sales-Fuel/Outbound (m/w/d) **am Standort Essen,** **der unser Vertriebsteam leiten und strategisch ausbauen kann.

**Aufgaben**
- Führung und Entwicklung des Outbound Sales-Teams, einschließlich Recruiting, Coaching und Performance-Management
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und zur Erreichung von Verkaufszielen
- Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und -trends zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Unterstützung von Kampagnen und zur Generierung von Leads
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Team-Meetings und individuellen Feedback-Gesprächen
- Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen für das Management

**Das bringst du idealerweise mit**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Outbound Sales
- Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung und ein ausgeprägtes Talent zur Teamentwicklung
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit
- Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Begeisterung für den Vertrieb und die Motivation, Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du arbeitest effizient und kannst deinen Tag gut strukturieren
