YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT
- You lead the Business Intelligence (BI) team which supports the business and enables internal customers in high-value, data-driven decision-making
- You continuously identify talent to further grow the team and develop existing team members
- You develop and guide the BI team strategy (in line with the overall strategy of the data team) and together with the BI team bring it to life
- You collaborate with the leaders (of the data platform, data science, digital analytics, customer intelligence and data governance team) as well as product management within the data team to support the business in becoming a data-driven company
- Next to analytics and dashboarding, you focus on and actively shape a self-service BI culture in the company

YOU AND US - THE PERFECT MATCH
- You have an excellent university degree with an analytical focus (e.g., business administration, computer science or mathematics), paired with multiple years of work experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field
- You have several years of experience in leading a team and strong leadership skills
- You come with a passion for data, its visualization and supporting others to get the most out of it
- You are a strong analyst, communicator, and collaborator: you can “talk business”, translate into data requirements and analytics, and present analytical findings - from management level to cross-functional teams
- You are customer-oriented, open minded, problem-solving, empathetic, motivating and a team-player
- Fluent English and German language skills
