- Train both, managers and teams and establish a commercial mindset
- Collaborating with your team, you will develop the value proposition - the offer to the customer - to make Festool achieve its goals in terms of growth and profitability, especially in our focus markets
- Verify new product groups, including smart ones with digital content, through business cases and successfully launch them on the market
- Constant observation of the competitors, "customer foresight" and corresponding further development of the various business center strategies are part of this task
- In cooperation with Sales and Marketing Communication, you will develop concepts for market launch, marketing and increasing market share
- Together with the technical departments, you will define and implement innovation and product roadmaps, including optimization of the portfolio over the entire product life cycle
- Monitor, manage and shape the portfolio according to appropriate KPIs
- Develop the brand's business model with the management and Corporate Development
