Summary

At the Ulm site, we are looking for an "Production order administrator (M/F/d) in the Assembly Electronics division" as soon as possible.

The Assembly Electronics department is responsible for the assembly and optical inspection of printed circuit boards.

Your Tasks- Coordination, maintenance and creation of the transferred master data- Ensuring the timely availability of operating materials, special materials and process instructions- Checking, evaluating and confirming planned deadlines for the responsible service area- Initiate change requests- Planning and coordination of all necessary ancillary work Implementation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations and problems with assigned material numbers- Checking and timely conversion of planned orders into production orders- Initiating the procurement of materials- Identifying missing parts and ensuring on-time availability- Providing production-relevant documents- Process-compliant order processing using the production planning tool SAP

Your Profile- Electronics technician (M/F/d) for devices and systems with additional qualification as state-certified technician (M/F/d)- Several years of professional experience- Sound knowledge of order processing, production planning and work preparation- Very good knowledge of SAP PP, QM and PLM- Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and ability to cooperate as well as organisational talent- Business fluent in German and English
