Summary

We are looking for an "Operational Buyer (f/m/d)" for the "Procurement" department at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The Procurement department is responsible for all procurement activities for the program and production areas as well as all indirect requirements with an annual procurement volume of around EUR 900 million. As a team member of Operational Procurement, the "Operational Buyer" ensures the procurement and delivery of all necessary materials and services at all German HENSOLDT locations in accordance with the requirements (quality, time, price, quantity).

Your Tasks- Obtaining offers and carrying out price comparisons- Implementation and monitoring of the process from requirement request to goods receipt- Processing order confirmations- Ensuring the dunning process with regard to delivery dates and order confirmations- Clarification of invoice or delivery ambiguities- Processing notices of defects, complaints and repair orders- Support and coordination with Strategic Procurement- Correspondence with domestic and foreign suppliers or contact persons

Your Profile- Completed training in the commercial sector or comparable- First professional experience in purchasing advantageous- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office- User knowledge of ERP system (SAP MM) advantageous- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team- High degree of accuracy, personal responsibility and independence- Very good German and English skills
