Wir unterstützen sowohl internationale als auch nationale kleine bis große Unternehmen: Von der Sensibilisierung des kulturellen Bewusstseins über die Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche bis hin zum Transport und der Aufbewahrung des persönlichen Umzugsgutes. Des Weiteren bieten wir Unterstützung bei EU-Meldungen, Visa
- und Arbeitsgenehmigungsverfahren für Mitarbeiter, die weltweit eingesetzt werden.

Für unser Büro in München suchen wir ab sofort einen:
**Temporary Accommodation Coordinator (w/m/d)**

für 25 Stunden / Woche (unbefristet)

Deine Aufgaben:

- Recherche von Serviced Apartments Anbietern, Klärung der Zimmeranzahl und Größe, Buchungs
- und Stornomöglichkeiten
- Aufsetzten von Rahmenvereinbarung
- Buchung von Serviced Apartments und temporären Wohnungen für diverse Kunden und Zeiträume

Das bringst du mit:

- Verständnis für Kaufmännisches und Dienstleistungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Anwendungen (MS Office)
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung der Hotelbranche
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Autonomie
