**Ihre Rolle in unserem Team**:

- Sie übernehmen die Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden in den Fachbereichen Prototyping und Test sowie die Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich.
- Sie verantworten Planung und flexible Koordination der Montage sowie der Erprobung neuartiger Baugruppen und Systeme der Antriebstechnik für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen an Prüfständen und Fahrzeugen.
- Dabei sind Sie über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit für die Validierungspläne interner Entwicklungsprojekte verantwortlich und legen geeignete Validierungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Konstruktion und Berechnungsabteilung fest.
- Sie schätzen die erforderlichen Validierungsaufwände ab, organisieren und überwachen Art, Umfang und den Erfüllungsgrad der beschlossenen Maßnahmen und geben Ihre Einschätzung sowie Freigabeempfehlung zu den jeweiligen Meilensteinen.
- Die Erweiterung und ständige Modernisierung von Prüf-, Fertigungs
- und Montagetechnologien gemäß der abgestimmten Investitions-Roadmap wird von Ihnen gestaltet.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mit Ihrer abgeschlossenen Ingenieurausbildung (Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar) und ersten Führungserfahrung, sowohl disziplinarisch als auch fachlich, sind Sie prädestiniert für diese Position. Ihre Authentizität, Ihr kommunikatives Geschick und überzeugendes Auftreten machen Sie zur idealen Führungskraft.
- Ihr anwendungsbereites Grundlagenwissen zu modernen Antriebssystemen (Mechatronik/Hydraulik/E-Maschinen und Umrichter), Batterie
- und Ladetechnik, sowie deren digitaler Ansteuerung, Meß- und Automatisierungstechnik zeichnet Sie aus.
- Ihre Expertise in Werkstofftechnik und Fertigungslehre ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Auswahl geeigneter Werkstoffe für Prototypen zu beurteilen und die erforderlichen Fertigungsprozesse abzustimmen.
- Mit Ihrer Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Traktoren und Erntemaschinen, Ihrer Expertise in der Schädigungsanalyse von Maschinenelementen und Ihrer Leidenschaft für die Aufklärung von Ausfallursachen sind Sie ein wertvoller Beitrag für unser Team.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
