- Establishment & leadership of the Homologation Team
- Definition of a comprehensive whole vehicle homologation strategy
- Management of homologation & certification projects for US & EU (vehicle level)
- Planning & coordination of all necessary activities for type testing & approval with internal & external stakeholders, organizations & committees
- Participation in committees & regulatory committee events to identify regulatory requirements relating to AD
- Incorporation of the type approval requirements into the vehicle specifications
- Budget & timing responsibility

**Your profile**
- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Several years of professional experience within an automotive OEM, tier-1 supplier or engineering service provider, focusing on homologation of autonomous vehicles
- Knowledge of approval criteria, type testing and legal requirements, especially for autonomous vehicles
- Openness to travel (primary focus: Europe, US)
- Demonstrated ability to handle time-critical situations
- Leadership experience, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team & assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken
