Program/project Coordinator

As a Program/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our growth strategy to expand Cinemo\'s footprint in a variety of industries/markets working closely with the department involved in your programs/projects.
The position will report to Director Business Development.
Tasks
**Key tasks include**:
- Collection, setup and management of project objectives and agendas
- Definition, preparation and leading of project meetings and workshops
- Communication with all project participants
- Management of project milestones
- Support in budget control and preparation of project financials/forecast
- Project documentation and following-up on action items
- Identification of risks and their associated impacts for the project and the company
- Identification of business opportunities & support of preparation of business cases
- Preparation of reports & distilling of information relevant to Cinemo and its management team
**Requirements**:
- Completed relevant studies or proven experience/background in similar roles (e.g. Project Consulting, Project or Program Owner/Leader)
- Proficient with project management tools ( Jira or similar)
- Ideally initial project management experience in a highly competitive, technology driven industry sector ( e.g. Software, Consumer electronics)
- Hands-on approach
- Enthusiastic about digital products, software and product innovation
- Outstanding sense of comprehension, structured and methodical approach
- Customer orientation and ability to communicate on eye-level with all relevant stakeholders
