**The mission of this role**: The mission of this role is to architect and enable a platform that can provide high-quality data for business consumption and define a standard BI framework to meet the enterprise's current and long-term data requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading the program team to develop and implement successful program plans and timelines for the development of electrification platform and proof of concept products.
- Ensuring alignment between the program goals and objectives, customer expectations, and company strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing to ensure the timely and successful execution of program milestones.
- Monitoring program progress and identifying and mitigating risks and issues to ensure program objectives are met.
- Managing program budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensuring that program deliverables are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams, partners, and external customers and suppliers.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring that customer needs and requirements are met.
- Developing and maintaining program management processes and tools to support effective program execution.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to program management staff.
- Developing and maintaining program management metrics and reporting to support program performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, risks, and issues.
- Ensuring that programs are managed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Strategy and planning skills. The ability to plan, goal set and prioritize in consideration of the company’s overall strategic objectives.
- Understanding of the process for planning, creating, and deploying information systems.
- Create a strategic roadmap, outlining short
- Capable to break down complex challenges into manageable parts.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects necessary within job scope.
- Conduct enterprise analysis, design, planning and implementation.
- Thorough understanding of system domains, system integration and design as well as emerging technologies trends and practices.
- Effectively manage vendor relationships and deliverables timely.
- Drives team towards greater levels of performance & accountability.
