You can help develop the workings behind Eaton’s eMobility department and create the landscape for the future of the world’s transportation through power and electrical grid management.

**What you’ll do**:
Program Manager Leader is responsible for the successful launch and execution of the Breaktor programs in EMEA. Lead the Integrated Product Teams, including all aspects of Program Management, to drive customer satisfaction, enable an on-time launch, control total program budget, achieve target cost, protect IP, and execute successful supplier contracts. Serve as a direct leader to program managers and indirectly to other cross functional team members as required to ensure a successful launch and management of the customer relationship.
- Direct all aspects of the Breaktor program teams’ day-to-day activities including, quality (supplier and manufacturing), product engineering, technology development guidance and integration, supply chain, manufacturing and program management / execution.
- Interface with our key OEM and partners to collect VOC, report project status and develop deep integration processes. This includes development of technical and commercial agreements that involve statement of work, and protection of Eaton and partner Intellectual Property
- Achieve or exceed spend control on R&D and Capital budget project plan. Achieve program budget targets. Collect and manage input from regional and eMobility/VG Marketing to ensure that the product plans and program execution meets OEM and end user needs.
- Foster an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals, values and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships, and vigorously promotes a can-do attitude.
- Improve of the business process and implementation skills focused on time to market and flawless execution.
- Maintain benchmarking data for competition and ensure that our product features provide a value proposition to our OEM and end customers.
- Prioritize of the project features based on VOC, resources required, financial returns, and strategic alignment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field required.
- 10 years’ experience combining global operations, program management, supply chain, engineering.
- MSE and / or MBA preferred.

- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Polish and/or German.
