**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Sie sind als **Recruitment Business Partner **(w/m/d) neben der operativen **Personalarbeit** für die **Rekrutierung** von hochqualifizierten **Kandidaten **und **Talenten **zuständig
- Sie **beraten** den **Hiring Manager** und **definieren** die optimale **Rekrutierungsstrategie** für die zu besetzende **Position**:

- Sie setzen Ihr **Fachwissen** über **Kandidatenprofile, Sourcing-Strategien** und Ihr **Wissen** über den externen **Arbeitsmarkt** ein
- Sie **vertreten** außerdem **AIRBUS** gegenüber externen **Bewerbern**, bei (internen und externen) **Rekrutierungsveranstaltungen** und als **Ansprechpartner** für externe **Stellen,** z. B. **Universitäten**:

- Sie sind maßgeblich an der **Auswahl** von **Bewerbern **beteiligt
- Sie führen **Vorstellungsgespräche** - sowohl persönlich als auch virtuell - unter Einsatz modernster **Instrumente**:

- Sie **vertreten **das **Unternehmen** auf einschlägigen **Messen** und **Veranstaltungen **und halten **Kontakt** zu **Universitäten** und **Fachhochschulen**:

- Sie **beraten** die **Personalverantwortlichen** in allen relevanten **Fragen** der **Personalbeschaffung **und setzen den **Bedarf** in ansprechende **Stellenausschreibungen** um
- Sie nehmen an nationalen und internationalen **Rekrutierungsprojekten** teil
- Sie **recherchieren Kandidatenprofile** auf einschlägigen **Rekrutierungsplattformen**

**IHRE QUALIFIKATION**
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium zum Betriebswirt (w/m/d), Wirtschaftswissenschaften (w/m/d), Rechtswissenschaften (w/m/d), Sozialwissenschaften (w/m/d), Sozialpsychologie (w/m/d), Internationales Management (w/m/d), Personalmanagement (w/m/d), Personalwirtschaft (w/m/d), eine abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum Personalsachbearbeiter (w/m/d), Fachkaufmann Personal (w/m/d), Personalentwickler (w/m/d), Personalreferent (w/m/d), eine Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt (w/m/d), Betriebswirt (w/m/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus dem **HR, HRBP, Human Resource Business Partner, Recruiting, Recruitment, Recruiter, Interview, Personalsachbearbeitung, Personalauswahl, Personalverwaltung, Interviewführung, Projektmanagement, Personalbetreuung **oder dem **Personalwesen** vorzugsweise aus der **Luft
- und Raumfahrtindustrie, Automotive, Industrie** oder der **Logistik** mit
- Sie bringen vorzugsweise Erfahrung von **AIRBUS** mit
- Sie besitzen gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Sie besitzen gute **SAP **und **HR Systeme **Kenntnisse
- Sie haben sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Sie haben eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind team
